The Louis Salmon 2007 champagne cuvée is all that is most representative of an elegant and racy champagne. Vinified from the best parcels of the Grands Crus of the Côte des Blancs, this makes it a very balanced and harmonious champagne.
To the eye: We find a golden yellow color sporting a luminous and sparkling effervescence.
On the nose: A beautiful mineral, floral and yellow fruit complexity (bergamot, white flowers and fresh pineapple). An aromatic profile with a chalky character of great purity.
On the palate: As described previously, we find this beautiful balance and finesse. A real refreshing note with natural flavors. The 2007 vintage reveals a powerful, full-bodied wine with a lingering and majestic finish.
