Cognac Delamain - XO Pale and dry
An original cognac
" Pale and Dry ", "Pale" because not " brown " - which indicated to the 18th century of brandies strongly mélassées - and because much more clearly than the other cognacs of this age as a result of the use of old barrels of ageing. "Dry" because not unctuous but of a natural sweetness due to the ageing.
Age : Several years in oak barrel
Nose : Power and length of perfumes in the nose, intense floral and then vanilla appearance
Mouth : Sweetness and roundness in the mouth, developing into fruit
