Ageing ability: According to the tastes of each, Champagne Rosé can be forgotten in the cellar between 5-8 years.
Tasting: The objective in the creation of this new edition was to develop a more ethereal Rosé Champagne different. The delicate nose will reveal hints of rose petals and a touch of grenadine. In the mouth the striking minerality lets out aromas of tangerine peel, pink grapefruit. All with a superb bitterness and a cool finish very nice.
Alliance with the Mets: The White Rose was born as an aperitif. But he found a prominent place alongside raw fish as salmon and halibut carpaccio lightly marinated, or just a red tuna sashimi.
