Brut 2006 Henriot, is a beautiful vintage champagne which spent 6 years in the cellar before to the day. It is made from more than 15 wines mainly from the Côte des Blancs (Mesnil-Sur-Oger, Avize, Chouilly) and the Montagne de Reims.
To the eye:
Light yellow color accompanied by beautiful golden highlights. Very fine bubbles forming a beautiful strip of foam.
The latter is greedy and mineral and leaves apparître red fruit aromas (raspberries and strawberries) and fresh hazelnuts.
The attack Champagne Henriot 2006 is lively and fresh and has a fine structure. Notes of dried fruits (hazelnut) followed by spice aromas appear. The finish is long and tasty notes of beurées pastries.
Dosage less than 10 g / liter.
A beautiful vintage that will appeal to everybody and will delight the most demanding and lovers of great champagnes.
