Drappier Blanc de Noirs without sulfite brut nature assembly with first press juice (head vintage) non-sulfur, not discolored, unfiltered, unsweetened, the most natural expression of champagne soils of dawn or are planted with great Pinot black. After bottling, the cuvée is aged at least 3 years sur lattes (on laths).
