The Blanc de Noirs from De Venoge is a round and complex champagne. It was in 1988 that this champagne house decided to create a cuvee specially conceived to match with dishes previously considered incompatible with champagne.
A blend of 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier, it is a marvelous marriage of freshness and power.
It offers aromas of yellow fruits and toasted notes and great persistence. Frank and harmonious, it’s a cuvee that reveals its noble origins and the rigorous selection of crus that are used in the blend.
